The Marin 6” Met/PR Waterproof (Comp Toe) is an innovative approach to the classic moc-toe wedge style work boot that overdelivers on safety and protection without sacrificing comfort. Built to tackle the toughest jobsites, this boot features an interior metatarsal guard that shields the top of your foot from falling tools and equipment, and a puncture-resistant plate that stops nails and sharp debris from breaking through the bottom of your boot. The proprietary waterproof membrane keeps your feet dry and our BRUNT FARMGUARD™ leather extends the life of your boots while repelling rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t.     Walking in the clouds

    I bought my first pair about 6 months ago and from the moment I put them on it was as if this boots had been broken into. They are by far the lightest work boots I had ever owned. Not would I recommend this is the only boot I will ever buy thank you for making it so light on my feet they deserve a break.

    These boots were amazing I just ordered my 2nd pair the comfort is unreal with these boots I would highly recommend

    Great boot

    Maintenance in a forge so always on my feet in grease. My feet hurt way less and my knee pain has gone away. The only con I’d say is the met guard is stiff to begin takes about a week to break in but I’d definitely buy again.

    Closest Met Guard Option to What I Really Wanted

    My go-to boot brand is Thorogood, but they don’t make a met guard version of the classic moc toe wedge sole boot I like. These were the closest thing I could find.

    They’re comfortable and seem like a solid work boot, but I’m not a big fan of 6-inch boots. I’d really like to see this same style in an 8-inch version, preferably American made.

    They’re not the best boots I’ve ever worn, but they’re probably the best met guard boots I’ve had on my feet.

    Wish these came in more colors

    I work for a manufacturer that requires us to wear boots with toe protection as well as metatarsal guards. I’d like to see more colors to choose from with this boot. Tobacco or dark brown and I’m sold.
