The Marin 6” Met/PR Waterproof (Comp Toe) is an innovative approach to the classic moc-toe wedge style work boot that overdelivers on safety and protection without sacrificing comfort.     Closest Met Guard Option to What I Really Wanted

    My go-to boot brand is Thorogood, but they don’t make a met guard version of the classic moc toe wedge sole boot I like. These were the closest thing I could find.

    They’re comfortable and seem like a solid work boot, but I’m not a big fan of 6-inch boots. I’d really like to see this same style in an 8-inch version, preferably American made.

    They’re not the best boots I’ve ever worn, but they’re probably the best met guard boots I’ve had on my feet.

    Wish these came in more colors

    I work for a manufacturer that requires us to wear boots with toe protection as well as metatarsal guards. I’d like to see more colors to choose from with this boot. Tobacco or dark brown and I’m sold.

    Frustrated

    Really like these boots as far as comfort/ break in time, but why we can’t seem to get an actual heel in a boot that we have to have for job sites that require it for ladders….. this company is stuck in a single sole for most all of its stock. Been waiting 3 years or an 8” version, Tan, with a heel
