My third pair of this style, overall great boot, but not so much a good construction boot. Everything they mention is true it is waterproof but the material it’s made of stays wet if not left in the sun or dried, material is brittle I had a nail in a board fall on my foot and put a hole right in it, also no good if your grinding, torching or welding, had a small bead burn right thru it and burnt my foot, grinding sparks burn little black dots all over the boot. Also they won’t stay tied, I work in a quarry so I’m climbing and walking all day for 12 hrs and I must tie my boots 3-4 times a day. Last but not least the biggest part that is terrible is the lace hooks and pull loop, I wear my pants tucked into the boots for work and so many occasions while climbing or in heights the hook catches onto the loop and you almost trip. Overall 4 star for me, for others it’s definitely 5 star boot just to wear, definitely not a work boot for construction, I had a different job when I bought my other 2 pairs the stone color and no problems, I don’t think they had the loop and they were different laces. This is not a bad review just a personal one.
