I'm a 5'5" 220lb competitive powerlifter. I wear a size XL in every shirt I own. I got a Martin pocket tee and McKenna tech shirt both XL. They were enormous on me and so long the shirt length hit mid thigh. Went down to a large which was snug on the shoulders and chest and the length hit at my crotch. I had a couple of the Brunt logo tees in XL and they fit perfectly. Not sure why these rum so much bigger. If you're on the shorter side plan to size down or have the length hemmed.

I work construction trade for last 38 years. On my feet 10 to 12 hours a day. Few years ago my knees killing me, went to (good feet store) that helped me with knee pain.
