Brunt is a great company with policies that seem too good to be true. Prices are high, but better than the competition. But I tried one boot that didn't work for me, wore it one day one the job, and I had to return it. I was a bit confused about the policy, and the only communication I could get was slow responses through email. Not terrible, but not ideal. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of five. I received my second pair that also did not work. I returned them immediately. The third time was the charm though. Shipping on it took two weeks, but I think that was the postal service, not Brunt. But the return policy and the desire by Brunt to get it right. I almost gave 5 stars just for that. But communication is super important in cases like mine, and it was less than ideal. Thanks for a great boot. And thanks for a superb return policy.
