Sizing Issues?

While BRUNT boots are built true to size, we understand not everyone has the same feet. Thats why our Adjustable Width System is featured in each of our boots. If your boots are fitting a bit too snug, check out the video. If this doesn't help, no worries. Just make sure you return your boots with the grey insert included.

How Do I Return/Exchange?

We made our returns and exchanges process fast and simple.

To kick off the return or exchange process, just follow the steps outlined below:

  1. If not already, log-in to your customer account HERE
  2. Select the Order you'd like to return
  3. Select "Start a Return" following the on-screen instructions, print the shipping label, slap that bad boy on the box and send it back.

  1. Log in to create a return
    Create a return by logging into your customer account and select the order you want to return. You will need your email address and order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or package.
  2. Print out the shipping label
    After submitting the return request, follow the instructions and print out your shipping label.
  3. Send your package
    Attach your shipping label in a box, and send your order back to us.
  4. Get your refund
    Refunds can be issued using the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
